The house hunted 2 game page has been updated to reflect that, yes, it was an elaborate, yet fully playable, april fools game! there is quite a lot of actual canon UCV lore in it though and it is a finished game!
I was just havin some fun, but dont worry, the real projects are in progress and yes there will be another serious chapter of UCV soon!
