FROST BITE is a horror erotica multi choice visual novel starring Tate Frost.
It's 1995 and you're driving alone the night a big snow storm hits, snow is already building up around you and you've never been to this area of the woods before. The road is getting icy and you see a quaint grocery store shining bright on the dark forest road. It might be a good idea to stop for supplies.....

i'm missing a cg and I don't know how to get it :(
i cant seem to get the game to go into full screen even when doing fn f5 or f5 oor fn f1 /f1 idk what im ding wrong :(
this game was made in a different program, you should just be able to click the maximize button on the top of the window O:
i figured out i can hide my desk top at the bottom of my scren, maxing the screen normaly wont make it go away but i figured out. i really injoyed the game i cant waint to see more of it and you other works:D

I apologize if this is a dumb question but is there any sort of laptop or PC that this wouldn't be safe to play the game on? i keep trying to run the game and i get an unknown app risk notice, I've never tried to run a game like this before so idk is that normal?
thats your windows firewall seeing that im an unknown developer. it happens to me and my beta testers too. its not an "unsafe game", just click run anyway and you should be able to play it.
its happened with almost every dev on here too lol

hello! yes frost bite is the next game in our queue, though we do plan on updating the phobia project demo before, but thatll be a super quick project only taking like a month before we'll focus on frost bite
frost bite is planned to be free and purple will be 4.99$ !

Everytime i try to extract it and open it, it says it can't open because ffmpeg.dll wasn't found:( is there any way i can fix this??
Or when I try to delete the desktop file, it says I can't because of atieclxx.exe??? That's not even a file in the game!!!
hmm im not sure O: you might have gotten the wrong file for your system type! make sure to check whether youre 32 bit or 64 bit!
as for that, it might be trying to run it because you attempted it so i would say either go into your task manager and find that or the frost bite exe and shut it down, or you can restart your computer to close out of any programs that may be running!
i think that file it mentioned is a music file so it might just be stuck open in the background

I've tried to download this demo and it hasn't been working for me, I'm not sure if its just me but the downloads haven't been working.
make sure you get the right version, there should be a 64 and 32 bit version so check your operating system!
also you have to make sure to extract the files from the zip for them to work! make a new folder and then drag everything in the zip into it and it should run.
they dont currently work on mac or apple devices.
if those arent the issues youre having, im afraid im not sure what it could be x_x
i find it funny that my main oc vin has very similar character to tate, like imagining the game if i was my oc is so stupid but it made me giggle XD cant wait for the full game to come out

you can check our twitters but we've mentioned many times that its on hold while we finish purple
we dont abandon projects but we're only two people and have to juggle commissions with other game projects that are taking priority, im sorry for the wait but its going to take a bit for it to be finished.

What program do you use to make visual novel games?
frost bite and the house hunted games were made in tyrannobuilder, but i do not recommend it at all and im going to be programming the rest of frost bite on renpy!
john doe was made with rpgmaker vx ace which i also dont recommend as thats not what the program is for and i just rigged it up to work like one XD

i do! its a bit more complicated than tyrannobuilder, but you have less chance of your work getting corrupted and its way more versatile in the long run so its worth learning!
theres a ton of youtube videos that you can watch to learn and i say you should start not making your final project, but just playing with how to do stuff with variables and scripts ^^

Interesting so far! If you can, it'd be great if, in the full game, you had a feature displaying previous dialogue in case we click past something too quickly.
